MatchingDonors.com has partnered with SouthWest Airlines, Delta Airlines, Angel Flight, Miracle Flights, Continental Airlines, Air Care Alliance and others to help our patients and donors needing transportation to and from their testing and surgery.

Many of these flights are based upon availability, and their own application restrictions. So you need to abide by their application guidelines.

Just give a call and we will provide you with the most recent list of airlines and organizations for you to call. This service is available to our patients and donors for their surgery and testing, based on availability and blackout dates.

We may also have a list of discounted hotels for you to call.

People Flying People in Need

• These Free flight programs were created by groups of pilots and corporations who believe in the benefit of volunteering.  They strive to keep all aspects of the organization volunteer. 
• Through these organizations MatchingDonors.com may be able to arrange free air transportation for any legitimate, medically related need. 
• This service is available to our patients and donors for their surgery and testing, based on availability and blackout dates.
• We do not arrange any travel outside the United States, for any donors or patients.
• These organizations may be able to arrange transportation of those people who are financially distressed, or who are in a time-critical, non-emergency situation due to their medical condition.
• Each organization has their own requirements, availability, and blackout dates, so please contact us as soon as you know you will need transportation.
• By coordinating with other organizations, our airlines may be able to arrange transportation for patients on both short and long flights.
• Angel Flight is financially supported primarily by the pilots who fly the missions (by donating the use of their airplanes and operating expenses) and by contributions from individuals, service clubs, social and religious groups and corporations.  They receive no financial aid from any government entity.  There is never a fee of any kind, either to the patient or the health care provider for an Angel Flight.  The costs are paid by the volunteer pilots.
